A round piercing ring that closes by gripping a single ball with the springiness of the ring. The material is surgical steel, and the original text states that it is worn on the penis, the labia and the ear. The photos show several sizes together, differing in gauge and in diameter.
A closure with no threads
The ball has a small pin on each side, and the two ends of the ring are dimpled to take those pins. Open the ring slightly, seat the ball, and the ring's tendency to spring back holds the ball in its grip. With no threads, less dirt collects and it opens and closes by hand. In exchange, a hard knock can pop the ball out, so check the grip before and after wearing it.
The range of sizes is wide
Even the four in the photo range from one the size of a fingernail to one that would wrap around a finger. The thicker the gauge, the more the piercing has to have been stretched to take it. Measure the gauge and the ring diameter of the jewelry you wear now and choose to match.
Before you wear it

How to use

Before wearing it, wash the ring and the ball with soap, wipe them with rubbing alcohol and wash your hands too.

Hold the ring in one hand and push the ball out with the thumb of the other.

Apply lubricant to the end of the ring and to the piercing.

Put the end of the ring into the piercing and pass it through slowly, turning it along the curve.

Set the ball between the two ends of the ring, press it in and shake it to check that it will not fall out.
Cleaning and storage
Being surgical steel, it can be washed and disinfected with water and mild soap. Dirt collects easily in the dimples at the two ends where the ball is held, so take it apart, rinse it, wipe it with a dry cloth and dry it completely. While you are wearing it, rinse around the piercing with saline once or twice a day. It scratches when it knocks against other metal, so wrap it in cloth and store it separately, and never share it with anyone else.
