PA Wand piercing (hollow urethral tube·surgical steel)

A piece of jewelry that joins a barbell worn in a glans piercing to a tube that goes into the urethra. In English it is called a Pa Wand. During penetration it stimulates a partner's vaginal wall, and inside the urethra the tube rests against the urethral wall. The material is surgical steel.

It can be fitted in two directions

It can be hung in the two holes of an Ampallang piercing, which runs horizontally through the glans, or in the two holes of an Apadravya, which runs vertically. Either way you need two holes, and the distance between them has to match the length of the bar. You undo the balls, pass the bar through, then tighten them again to lock it.

Why the tube is hollow
