The other two are fittings for rinsing internally, which is a completely different use.

The douche nozzles are metal fittings that screw onto a shower hose. The 285.000₫ one is aluminium alloy and 15cm long, and the 397.500₫ one is stainless steel. Neither is a complete unit, only the nozzle, so check that the thread matches the shower hose at your home or hotel before you order.

When rinsing internally, water temperature and pressure matter more than anything else. A shower feed is hard to throttle finely, so open the tap only a little to begin with. The water should be close to body temperature, neither cold nor hot, and you should not introduce a large volume at once. Doing this daily dries out and irritates the lining, so keep it to when you actually need it, and stop and see a doctor if you feel abdominal pain or see blood.

Feelex intimate wash goes directly on the skin, so start with a small amount the first time. Rinse with water and stop using it if you see redness or feel any stinging. The VIVISHINE latex shine spray that used to sit here is not for the body at all, it polishes garments, so it is now filed in the latex suits section.
