Two products at the moment

This section has 2 items, a 3-ball Kegel exercise set at 375.000₫ and a single Kegel exercise ball at 750.000₫. They support the squeeze-and-release exercise of the pelvic floor muscles, which is a different purpose from the stimulation products elsewhere on this site. The 375.000₫ listing contains three balls in one pack.

This is exercise equipment, so a longer session is not a better one. Short and frequent works better, and if it hurts, stop for that day. If you have recently given birth or have a gynaecological condition, speak to a doctor before starting.

Wash and dry it before and after every use, since hygiene matters most with anything inserted. A water-based gel makes insertion and removal easier. The Yeain electro-stim vibrating egg at 1.125.000₫ also doubles as Kegel training and is listed in the vibrating eggs and panties section.

Delivery and packaging

These are small and ship in an envelope or a small box. Nha Trang, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh City, Hanoi, Bac Ninh and Phu Quoc all go by parcel service. Delivery is free everywhere and the outside of the parcel carries no product name.
