Kegel exercise 3 balls set

This is a set of 3 Kegel balls for training the pelvic floor muscles. Once one is inside, the muscles contract on their own to keep it from slipping out. Kept up over time, the grip improves and you gain a better sense of how to control the muscles. Each ball holds a metal weight that rolls freely and creates a light vibration as you move.

From light to heavy

The set is made up of 3 balls at different levels of difficulty. Level 1, the S, is a single ball, the largest of the three but the lightest, so it is easy to hold on to and suits someone learning for the first time. Level 2, the M, is a pair of balls, smaller but heavier, so the muscles have to work harder. Level 3, the L, is the heaviest and asks for a firmer squeeze. Being able to hold the L comfortably for 15 to 20 minutes is a clear sign of progress. Move up when you can hold the previous stage comfortably, and there is no need to rush.

Training that happens without thinking about it

A metal weight rolls freely inside each ball. As you move, the weight knocks against the wall of the ball and creates a light vibration, and that stimulation makes the muscles contract by reflex. Wearing it and going about your day keeps the muscles working, so you do not have to set time aside for it.
