Before you use it

Water pressure has to be controlled at the tap, not at the nozzle. If you connect it while the water is running hard, the spread the nozzle provides is not enough. Turn the water on first, set a lukewarm temperature and a low strength, and then use it. Metal passes on the water temperature exactly, so if hot water mixes in it will scald you directly. Douche only when you need to, and do not repeat it daily out of habit.
