Chastity cage with PA piercing bar (6mm bar·3cm cage)

A chastity cage held in place by threading a locking bar through a piercing in the glans. Rather than gripping at the base with a ring, the bar passes through the body and holds the cage, which structurally rules out slipping free while soft.

A 6mm locking bar passes through

The locking bar is 6mm in diameter, which suits anyone who has stretched the piercing to between 5mm and 8mm. Push the bar upward from below so it passes through the hole near the neck of the glans, seat it in the catch and lock it with the key. Once the key is out the bar cannot slide free, so the cage stays fixed in place.

A 3cm cage

The inside diameter of the cage is 3cm, listed as a size that takes most adult men at full erection. You put the glans in, draw the foreskin back to settle it, then pass the bar through.

Hygiene is half the job

Because a metal part passes through the piercing, hygiene accounts for half of how this is used. Wipe the cage, the lock and the bar with medical alcohol as soon as it arrives, and disinfect them the same way before every wear.

Before you use it

It cannot be used without a piercing, and if yours was done recently you need to wait until it has healed. The through-the-body design gives certain control, but the risk of infection is higher than with a ring type. It is also on the expensive side for a chastity cage, so check the state of your piercing before choosing it.
