Honeycomb chastity cage (plastic·breathable)

A plastic chastity cage whose whole body is woven into a honeycomb mesh. The shape exists to cut down the sweat and moisture that build up in a closed cage, and rings in several sizes come with it. The brass lock sits at the top, so it digs in less under clothing.

How it differs from a closed cage

The biggest discomfort with a closed cage is pooled sweat and the odor that follows. A honeycomb mesh lets air move through constantly, which makes it easier to keep the inside dry. You can wash the inside in the shower without taking it off, running water and lather through the mesh, and that makes daily care far simpler. If you are choosing on the assumption of long wear, this difference is a large one.

Weight and how it feels against the skin

If the weight of a stainless steel cage has been a burden, plastic is clearly lighter. The surface is finished smooth with no sharp edges, which reduces the scraping feeling as you move.

Ring sizes and the position of the lock

The set includes several sizes such as 42mm, 45 to 48mm and 52mm, so you can hold them against the body and choose. The supplier also states that ring choice is the most important thing about this product. A loose ring lets the cage push out, and a tight one makes long wear impossible. The lock is brass and attaches at the top of the cage, so it does not protrude forward even under close-fitting clothes. The key is packed separately.

What to know before you use it

The mesh brings one drawback with it. Body hair caught in the openings pulls when you move. Trimming around the base before wearing it solves that in most cases. Being plastic, it is also not as strong as metal, so avoid hard impacts.
