Four rings are included, so try them on and keep the one that fits. Too loose and the cage pushes out, too tight and you go numb. Black is the only color. The open structure ventilates well, but that also means the inside is visible, and resin scratches more easily than metal. You cannot get it off if you lose the key, so keep the spare somewhere separate.
