Review the features and intended use to decide whether this product suits you.
Rather than a shell that wraps around you, this is a medical grade stainless steel device made up of a ring and a urethral rod. You wear the ring, insert the rod and secure it with the catch, and a set of keys comes with it. Among chastity devices, this is one of the most demanding and highest risk to handle.
Parts and dimensions
The ring comes in four inner diameters, 40mm, 45mm, 50mm and 55mm, and the ring is 3.6mm wide. The urethral rod is 50mm long with a tip diameter of 7mm, and the distance from the stop ring to the tip of the rod is 36mm. Total weight is about 164g, so the heft of the metal is unmistakable.
How it locks
You start with the ring and the rod separated, put the ring on first, insert the rod, then secure it with the catch. Once secured, it cannot be pulled out at will without the key. Medical grade stainless steel does not rust and can be disinfected.
Understand the risk before you choose it
This device puts metal inside the urethra. Inserting it without disinfection, or pushing it in without gel, can injure the mucous membrane and lead to a urinary tract infection. Forcing it in when you feel resistance is the most common cause of injury. Every movement in and out has to be slow, and you should not use it after drinking or when sensation is dulled.
What to know before you use it
There is no cage, so it does not cover or conceal anything from the outside. Do not approach it as something to wear for long periods; treat short sessions followed by removal as the norm. Bleeding, pain on urination or a fever are signals that call for medical attention right away.

Follow the use and care steps for comfortable, hygienic use.
How to use
- STEP
Separate the ring and the urethral rod, wash them with lukewarm water and mild soap, and disinfect them.
- STEP
Wear the ring that suits your relaxed size, choosing from 40mm, 45mm, 50mm and 55mm inner diameter.
- STEP
Coat the rod generously with water-based gel and insert it slowly without applying force.
- STEP
Secure it with the catch and check immediately for pain or bleeding.
- STEP
After removing it, urinate, then wash it again and dry it completely.
Cleaning and storage
Being stainless steel, it can be washed with lukewarm water and mild soap and then disinfected. Because it enters the urethra, washing alone is not enough before and after use; it has to be disinfected. Scratches on the surface of the rod will injure the mucous membrane, so store it separately where it cannot knock against other metal. Dry it completely and keep it wrapped in a dry cloth.
Caution
For adults only. Urethral insertion carries a risk of urinary tract infection, damage to the mucous membrane and bleeding, and mishandling can require hospital treatment. It is not recommended for anyone new to this, and you should not use it if you have a urinary tract condition or difficulty urinating. Stop at once if you meet resistance or pain while inserting it, and if you have bleeding, pain on urination or a fever, stop using it and see a doctor.
