A contact for electrostimulation, made from a strong elastic cord fitted with a stainless steel plate and a snap fastener. The metal plate rests against the skin while the lead wire clips to the snap on the outside. It is the cheapest accessory in the range, which makes it a practical way to add one more contact.
A contact you wrap and tighten
The band is a stretch cord and the buckle sets the length. The metal plate is held against the skin wherever you wrap it, so unlike a pad that loses its stick, it can be reused many times. Tightening it harder does not improve the sensation, it only makes the constriction dangerous.
Current needs two contacts
Current only flows when two contacts of opposite polarity touch the body. This band is a single contact, so you need a second electrode elsewhere. The unit that generates the pulses and the lead wire are not included either, so you have to supply both separately.
What to know before use
Constriction and electricity meet in the same place here. Leave room for one finger and release it at once if you feel numbness or see a color change, no matter how long it has been on. On dry skin the current crowds into the few points where the metal plate touches, and it stings. A little moisture or a thin layer of water based gel spreads it far more smoothly.

Once it has stretched out and no longer holds a firm fit, it is better to replace it. Store it with the lead wire in a cool place once it is completely dry.
