A set that draws the nipple into a cylinder with a vacuum and then passes an electric current through it in that state. A conductive insert sits inside the cylinder and acts as the electrode. It is a design that layers two stimulations of quite different character, suction and electricity, in one place.
A vacuum you make by turning a screw
Rather than squeezing a pump, you turn the handle at the top, which pushes an internal plug up and draws the air out. Only as much is drawn in as you turn, so the strength never jumps suddenly and you can build it up gradually. The cylinder is 105mm long and the inner diameter of the rim that meets the body is 27mm.
Four package options
The supplier lists four packages. A includes the main unit, the leads and two cylinders with conductive inserts. B is the leads and two cylinders, and C is the two cylinders only. D is made up of a pulse massager, one lead and two cylinders with conductive pads. The main unit runs on two AAA batteries.
What to know before you use it
The chest is the place that demands the most care in electrostimulation. Putting one on each nipple sends the current across the chest and past the heart, so anyone with a heart or circulatory condition, anyone with a pacemaker and anyone pregnant must not use it. The vacuum alone can bruise, so set a time limit and release it partway through to look at the skin. Pulling a cylinder off damages the flesh, so always turn the screw back and release the vacuum first.

How to use
- STEP
Wash and dry the cylinders and the conductive inserts inside them, then dampen the skin around the nipple.

Set the rim of the cylinder over the nipple and turn the handle at the top a little at a time to draw it in.

With the unit switched off, clip the leads onto the contacts on the cylinders.

Switch the power on and raise it one step at a time from the weakest setting.

To remove them, lower the intensity, switch the power off, then turn the handle the other way to release the vacuum first.
Cleaning and storage
Wash the cylinders with lukewarm water and mild soap, rinsing the threads and around the conductive inserts inside. Moisture left behind damages the contacts, so press them dry with a cloth and let them dry completely. Keep water away from the unit and the leads and wipe only their outsides. When you are not going to use it for a while, take the batteries out and store them separately.
Caution
For adults only. Putting one on each nipple sends the current across the chest and past the heart, so never use it if you have a pacemaker or heart disease or if you are pregnant, and do not place it on the neck or head. A vacuum left on too long causes bruising and broken capillaries that leave red spots, so use it for only a few minutes at first and check the skin. Start at the weakest setting, and never attach or remove the cylinders while the power is on.
