Stainless steel nipple clamps (adjustable pressure)

A pair of metal clamps that bite onto the nipples. The two clamps are joined by a chain, and the jaws that touch the skin are capped with rubber tips. The supplier explains that they suit men and women alike and are also used on the tongue.

The sensation grows when you release

When a clamp squeezes the nipple, blood flow in that area drops for a while. The person wearing them feels the pressure at first and gradually gets used to it, and when the clamp comes off the blood returns and the sensation rises sharply. The supplier states plainly that this is the most painful moment.

The chain pulls both places at once

Pulling the chain that joins the two clamps draws on both nipples at the same time. Moving around while wearing them makes the chain and the clamps swing, so the stimulation keeps going. You can put them on yourself, or have a partner put them on for you.

The times the supplier gives

First-time users are advised not to go past 10 minutes. Experienced users are told to take them off within 20 to 30 minutes, let the blood return, and then put them back on. If it is your very first time, the suggested approach is to clamp for a few seconds and release, then build up slowly to around 15 seconds.

Before you use it

Whether the clamping force is set with a screw cannot be confirmed from the product photos, so you are better off adjusting the strength by where you place them. Nearer the base is weaker and toward the tip is stronger. Agree between you, before you clamp, that taking them off is the most painful part.
