Full-body latex catsuit (attached hood·black)

A black latex catsuit joined into one piece from head to toe. The hood, the gloves and the feet are attached to the body, so once it is on, the only skin showing is at the openings in the face. The outer surface has a strong shine, and under lights it runs along the lines of the body.

The openings in the face

The supplier attached no written description, so only what can be confirmed from the product photos is set down here. The hood has two eye openings and one mouth opening, and the nose is covered by latex. Since the nose is covered, breathing happens through the mouth opening. Do not wear the hood on a day when your nose is blocked.

What covering the whole body means

Latex lets no sweat and no heat through. With the fingertips, the toes and the head all covered, the heat your body produces has nowhere to go, your temperature rises and sweat pools inside. Worn for a long time in summer or in a well heated room, it draws fluid out of you and makes you dizzy. Keep the first session short, see how your body responds and keep water beside you.

Getting it on and off

Latex garments do not go on without lubrication. Dust the inside with baby powder or spread a thin layer of silicone based lubricant, then work it up from the toes a little at a time. Pulling hard with a fingernail tears it, so wear thin cotton gloves and stretch it with the flat of your hands. Being a full body garment, it is hard to put on alone, and the back and the hood go much easier with someone helping.

Before you buy

There is no size chart in the original listing. Measure your height, chest, waist and hip circumference, arm length, foot length and neck circumference, and ask whether a matching size exists when you order. With full body latex, even a small mismatch in height or arm length pulls at the shoulders or the crotch and makes standing difficult. The soles are latex as well, so it slides badly on smooth floors. Do not walk on stairs or in the bathroom in it.
