The supplier attached no written description, so only what can be confirmed from the product photos is set down here. There is no opening at the eyes. The one place clearly open in the photos is the mouth, finished with the red ring, and whether there is a separate breathing hole at the nose is not confirmed. Treat it as an item with a single airway. The person wearing it cannot see and cannot make themselves understood easily, so a hand signal has to be agreed in advance.

Getting it on and off

Latex garments are made to cling, and without lubrication they do not go on. Dust the inside with a thin layer of baby powder or apply a silicone based lubricant and it will slide on. Pulling hard with a fingernail tears it on the spot, so stretch it with the flat of your hands, and anyone with long nails should wear thin cotton gloves. To take it off, roll it back on itself starting from the neck.

There is no size chart in the original listing. Measure your head and neck circumference and ask whether a matching size exists when you order. Latex does not breathe, so heat and moisture build up around the head, which makes short stretches the safer approach. With no vision and sound muffled, this is not something to wear alone, it is something to wear with another person present.
