Wooden testicle press board (through hole·two tightening screws)

A clamp that grips the root of the scrotum between two wooden boards tightened by bolts. There is an oval hole through the middle and two tightening bolts at the bottom.

Two bolts set the pressure

The gap between the boards is narrowed with the bolts, so the pressure rises as far as you tighten. There are two bolts, so you have to turn them a little at a time, alternating sides, or the boards tilt instead of gripping evenly. The heads turn by hand, so you can release it on the spot without a tool.

A wooden body

Unlike a metal piece, wood is light and is not cold on first contact. In exchange it is weak against water: soak it to wash it and it warps, leave it long in a damp place and it cracks. A rough surface can chafe the skin, so run your hand over it before use to check.

Do not turn the bolts several turns at once; go half a turn at a time and watch the response. Never walk away or fall asleep while it is tightened, and release it immediately at any tingling or change in color.
