Yeain electro stimulation vibrating egg (12·Kegel exercise)

This is a Kegel exercise product that adds micro-current stimulation to an ordinary vibrating egg. Your pelvic floor muscles contract on their own without you having to tighten them.

Vibration to enjoy, current to train with

The current here is a micro-current. It does not hurt and feels like a light tingle. The muscles contract the way they do in a Kegel exercise, but you do not have to squeeze them yourself. There are 12 vibration speeds and 3 current levels, so you can use one on its own or both together.

How it differs from Kegels done on your own

When you do Kegels on your own you have to remember which muscle to tighten and find it each time, and it is not unusual to tense the wrong one. The current contracts the pelvic floor muscles directly, so you do not have to hunt for the right spot. It suits someone after childbirth or someone who is only just starting out.

The 2 bead build

Two beads are joined together. The smaller one goes in first, which makes insertion easy, and the larger one follows and sits against the wall, so it stays put while you stand or walk. The outside is smooth, odorless silicone and the core is ABS.

Wireless remote

The remote is small and controls the vibration and the current separately. You can use it alone or hand the remote to a partner, and you never have to take it out to change modes. Always begin at the weakest vibration and the lowest current, and go up only as far as you are comfortable.
