Round stainless ball stretcher (two-piece screw·3cm inner·200g)

A stainless steel ring worn on the scrotum. Two halves meet on either side of the scrotum and are held together with screws. The inner diameter is 3cm, the ring is 1.5cm thick, and it weighs 200g. The surface is finished smooth with no edges, so it does not catch on the skin.

The 200g weight is the point

What this ring does is closer to hanging than to squeezing. While it is on, 200g pulls downward without pause, and as that repeats the scrotum stretches over time. Once you have worn it for a while and stretched, you add a second ring or move to a heavier one to increase the weight. Adding weight from the start only hurts, so build up slowly while checking for pain and numbness.

Two halves locked by screws

Unlike a solid ring, this one splits in half, so there is nothing to push through. You place the scrotum between the two halves and tighten the screws with the small key supplied. If skin is pinched at the joint as you tighten, it stays pinched, so check with your fingers that no skin is between the halves before you turn the screws. Taking it off also needs the screws undone, so keep the key with the ring.

What to know before you use it

Trim the hair around the scrotum before you put it on. Hair caught in the screw seats hurts a great deal. The 3cm inner diameter does not stretch, so measure yourself before you choose. If pain, nausea, or dizziness comes on while you are wearing it, do not endure it, undo it and take it off on the spot. It is metal, and long soaking in water or corrosive detergent damages the surface.
