No cord, so nothing limits your position

The egg and the remote are not joined by a cord. Once the egg is in place you simply hold the remote or hand it to your partner, so movement stays free. A thin retrieval cord is attached to the end of the egg, which gives you something to hold when you take it out.

Fourteen modes and three intensity levels

Each press of the button moves you one mode forward. There are fourteen modes, and intensity is set separately across three levels, so keep pressing until you reach the combination you want. To switch it off, press the button twice in a row and hold for 2 seconds.

The egg handles water, the remote does not

A rubber gasket sits where the two halves of the egg meet, so water does not easily seep in. You can rinse the surface under water, which keeps care simple. The remote is different, and it will be damaged by contact with water or by damp storage.

What to know before you use it

The button cell in the remote is soldered to its contacts, so it cannot be replaced once it runs down. The seller states this drawback openly, and it means that when the remote battery reaches the end of its life, remote control ends with it. The range also stops at 10m, so this is not the right choice for use from a distance. The shell is plastic with a silicone coating and softens if left somewhere hot, and you should take the batteries out of the egg when it is not in use. It comes in two colors, pink and purple.
