Vacuum penis pump (ABS cylinder 4.7 x 18.5cm·silicone sleeve)

A male pump that creates a vacuum by hand. Drawing the air out of the cylinder lowers the pressure, the blood vessels in the shaft expand and blood stays longer, which makes it temporarily thicker. The cylinder is 1mm thick ABS resin and measures 4.7 x 18.5cm.

The 1mm thick cylinder

The wall is built at 1mm so it holds up against the pressure that comes with drawing the air out. At 4.7 x 18.5cm it sits close to the shaft, so once you swell you are touching the cylinder wall. The material is plastic though, so it is weak against impact and will crack if you drop it.

Two kinds of part close the opening

A 12cm tall silicone insert is included. It is shaped like a vagina, so it feels different from simply drawing air, and it is also used for practicing at holding back. Before you use it

This is not a device that makes you permanently larger. The seller also states plainly that it only swells you temporarily. Air leaks through hair and it can chafe and hurt, so the guidance is to trim the hair on the shaft and around the pubic bone before using it. If blood pools or bruising appears while you are using it, press the release button at once to let the pressure off. The cylinder is plastic and will crack if it is knocked, and as a personal item, sharing it passes on disease.
