The four letters are four different objects

A is a teardrop with a tapered point, 88mm long, 25mm at its widest, weighing 50g. B is a stack of beads, 97mm long, with a 21mm upper bead and a 28mm lower bead, weighing 80g. C is an even cone, 90mm long, 29mm at its widest, weighing 100g. D is the largest of the four, 110mm long, 34mm at its widest, weighing 109g.

The base is the same on all four

All four have an 18mm narrow neck, and below it a base that curves in a crescent 54mm wide. That base catches outside the body and stops the plug from being drawn inside. Unlike a flat disc, the curve to either side lets it lie along the cleft of the body, so it digs in less if you sit down while wearing it. A colored stone is set into the underside of the base.

Metal as a material

Metal carries over whatever temperature it has been kept at. Going straight in after it has been sitting somewhere cold is a shock, so it is better to hold it in your hand or warm it in lukewarm water first. The mirror-smooth surface slides in easily with gel, washes easily and stands up to alcohol disinfection.

What to know before you use it

The name says mini, but D is 110mm long and 34mm across, which is not a small object. If anal play is new to you, choose A, the narrowest. Metal has weight, so the downward pull is noticeable when you stand and it becomes a burden over a long session. The material does not flex, so do not skimp on lubricant, and never force it if it hurts.
