A wearable device that joins an anal plug and a ring for the penis into one piece. It is black silicone, and a rod-shaped vibrating bullet comes separately to slot into the plug.
The ring works as the stopper
The front has a wide panel with a large opening, and below it a second ring holds the penis and the scrotum. From there an arm passes behind the body with the anal plug on its end. Do not use it as a plug alone without hooking the ring on.
The vibration comes from a bullet

How to use
