What being open through the middle means

Where an ordinary plug is something that fills, this one holds you open while leaving the passage clear. Thick ridges around the body

What to know before you use it

An outer diameter of 5.08cm is large for an anal product. This is not a product for a first-time user. Bear in mind, too, that an open tunnel adds one more place to clean. If you pass anything through the inner opening, that object itself also needs a part that catches outside the body, for safety.
