Anal and vaginal vacuum pump (plug core·suction)

A pump device with a silicone insert mounted in the center of a vacuum cylinder, so the outside is drawn up while the inside is filled. The insert protrudes past the cylinder, so it enters first and the cylinder then closes around it.

The outside and the inside work at the same time

An ordinary vacuum pump only draws the surface up. On this product a silicone insert is fixed in the middle of the cylinder, so the vacuum pulls at the surrounding area while the insert sits inside. Every squeeze of the pump increases the negative pressure, and throughout it the insert stays pressed in place within you.

The actual measurements

The cylinder is 85mm deep and 64mm across. The silicone insert is 18cm long overall and goes in up to 9cm, measuring 24mm at its thickest point and 18mm at its thinnest. The insert itself is not thick, so what this product asks of you comes from the vacuum rather than from girth.

Material and lubricant

The cylinder is a clear tube and the insert is silicone. It is free of phthalates and has no pores in its surface, so cleaning is simple. It is not compatible with silicone lubricant, so you must use a water-based one, and the original recommends a thick gel.

Something to confirm about what is included

The original description contains both a line saying it is compatible with hand pumps of the same standard and a note saying that a hand pump is not included. What to know before you use it

This is a difficult product to use alone. The original also says it takes practice to get used to and is far easier with two people. With a vacuum, the timing of the release matters more than raising the pressure. Held too long it damages tissue, and swelling remains for a while even after the vacuum is released. Try it very briefly at first, see how your body responds, and extend the time from there.
